The Jesus I Never Knew

On February 3rd continuing through May at the 9:30am Sunday education hour, a video series developed by Philip Yancey from his book The Jesus I Never Knew, a 1996 Gold Medallion Book of the Year, will begin. The book was developed from a Sunday-School class Philip taught at LaSalle Street Church in Chicago. The curriculum features 14 video sessions in which Philip provides insightful biblical teaching that challenges our understanding of Jesus and calls us to a deeper life of discipleship. The drama of motion pictures is used to compare well-known as well as little-known film portraits of Jesus with the Jesus of the Bible. Do not miss this opportunity to fully encounter Jesus and respond to His call upon your life!
