Ian joined St. Anne's staff in August of 2007. A life-long Episcopalian, he was raised in Tallahassee, FL where he and his family were deeply involved with the renewal ministries of the local diocese. After study at the University of Florida where he earned a B.S. in Human Resource Development, Ian moved to Southeastern Pennsylvania where he worked as a Youth Pastor for two years. He journeyed to Pittsburgh to pursue theological education at Trinity School for Ministry where he was grounded in a thoughtful, Christ-centered, appreciation for life, the Bible, and God's mission in the world.
Ian loves spending time outdoors, mountain biking, swing dancing, playing guitar, worshiping Jesus, and seeing students catch a glimpse of God's vision for their lives. Some of his favorite memories are from his time on staff at summer camps, on youth retreats, and on international short-term mission trips. He praises God for all the blessings of this life and looks forward to an exciting and fruitful ministry at St. Anne's!
